1 teaspoon raw honey
2 drops Peppermint essential oil
2 drops Spearmint essential oil
1 drop Anise essential oil
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Use three to four times daily after brushing, after meals and before bed. Your mouth will tingle with freshness.
Peppermint essential oil is antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and has a natural mint flavor and scent.
