Anxiety

Symptoms of anxiety: Restlessness, tension, feeling like your mind is blank, sleeping troubles, feeling anxious, trouble concentrating, pounding heart, seating, nausea, difficulty breathing,  feeling worried, expecting the worst.

Aromatherapy:  Lavender and Chamomile – Rose – Clary Sage (any sedative oils) in a bath or massage.

Homeopathy: Gelsemium – when feeling sick, weak and trembly. Aconite – fear and dread, dry mouth. Argentum nit – hyperactive and nervous. 

Vitamins/Minerals: Take a good multivitamin and mineral supplement with special attention to extra B-complex vitamins and Vitamin C, Vitamin E (to 400 IU daily).

Food: Cut down intake of caffeine immediately.
