Food: Adversely affected by juice fasting and saturated fats. Can be controlled with avocados, beans, buckwheat, bulgur, carbs, fiber, oranges and sweet potatoes. Prevention – beer, brown rice, coffee, dairy, fiber, protein, potatoes, whole grains and wine.
