Fatigue

Aromatherapy: Cardamom – Patchouli – Peppermint – Roasemary - Ylang Ylang. Massage, compress, bath.

Homeopathy: Arnica – muscle overexertion. Nux vomica – for those that have pushed themselves too far.  Gelsemium – fatigue and fear of moving on.

Vitamins/Minerals: Increase your intake of Calcium, Zinc, Magnesium, Iron, Vitamins B6 and B12 for energy.

Food: Prevent with fruits and vegetables, iron, small frequent meals and more water.
