Indigestion
Aromatherapy: Massage chamomile, lavender peppermint, rosemary or clary sage over the stomach or apply as a hot compress.
Homeopathy: Nux vomica – when it feels like food is just resting at the pit of your stomach and you feel like you are going to vomit but can’t. Lycopodium – bloating, feel very full after eating a small amount. Bryonia – heaviness and queasiness. Pulsatilla – for rich and fatty foods that cause indigestion.
Vitamins/Minerals: Digestive Enzymes, Chlorella, Probiotics and B-complex.
Food: Avoid – high fat foods. Relief – bananas and ginger. Eat slowly.
