Influenza

Aromatherapy: Add eucalyptus, lavender, peppermint or tea tree to a hot bath at the first sign of illness. You can also use these in steam inhalation.

Homeopathy: Aconite – sudden onsite with anxiety. Arnica – flu with soreness. Arsenicum – accompanied by restlessness and anxiety.

Vitamins/Minerals: Increase your intake of Vitamin C (immediately), Zinc, B-complex vitamins, Vitamins A and E.

Food:  Positively affected by – chicken soup, fruits and vegetables, garlic, red wine, tea and yogurt.
