Menstrual Problems

Aromatherapy: Clary Sage – Cypress – Geranium  for massage or bath.

Homeopathy: Belladonna – for restlessness. Ignatia – for emotional stress.  Nux vomica – for irritablility and anger. Pulsatilla – for moodiness and sadness.

Vitamins/Minerals: Increase intake of Vitamins B6 and B12 (up to 150mg three times a day each), B-complex vitamins, Iron and Magnesium.

Reflexology: Reflexes to ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, pituitary, thyroid, adrenals and to the solar plexus for relaxation.
