Aromatherapy: Clary sage, lavender and chamomile. Use rosemary and geranium for fluid retention and bloating. For irritability and depression use rose and chamomile. Use in massage, bath and vaporizer.
Homeopathy: Pulsatilla – Very emotional and vulnerable right before. Nux vomica - rage before period. Belladonna – for restlessness. Ignatia – for emotional stress.
Vitamins/Minerals: Increase intake of Vitamins B6 and B12 (up to 100 mg 3 times a day, each), B-complex vitamins, Vitamin E, Magnesium and Calcium.
