Stress
Aromatherapy: Lavender and Chamomile – Rose – Clary Sage (any sedative oils) in a bath or massage. For short periods of stress use rosemary, geranium or peppermint.
Vitamins/Minerals: Take a good multivitamin and mineral supplement with special attention to extra B-complex vitamins and Vitamin C, Vitamin E (to 400 IU daily).
Food: Avoid caffeine and sugar. Positively affected by – carbs, cereal and high fiber/low sugar foods.
Reflexology: Reflexes to areas where symptoms are present – head for headaches etc. Reflexes to adrenal to help reduce stress. Reflexes to solar plexus for relaxation. Reflexes to pituitary for hormonal balance.
