Stress Relief with Belly Breathing
Studies have shown that 75% of diseases/illnesses stem from stress. I can not “stress” the importance of living a stress free life! It is crucial for your health and well being. My goal is to teach you everything possible to help you live a stress free life.
Belly Breathing
The purpose of belly breathing is to help you balance out your nervous system and show you that your body can be taught to relax.
Practice Belly Breathing
1. As you inhale, imagine your stomach as a balloon slowly filling with air.
2 2. Place your hands on your stomach while you slowly inhale.
3. Watch your hands raise as you breathe in, then watch them fall as you exhale.
4. Repeat three times paying attention to the rise and fall.
5. Make sure you practice every day, even when you are not stressed.
